What position should I run for?

The beautiful thing about the United States system of government is that anyone can run for any open candidate position. If you are interested in becoming a City Council member, State Legislature, Governor , or even President, you can. It is best to start at a more local position as that is a good way to learn about how a governing body operates and to learn about the signature requirements to get on the ballot.
